A 30 minute session is best for a follow up treatment, where there is not a large area needed of treatment, such as just the head and neck region, treating down one side of your upper body, or a dry needling only session.
It is not ideal for a first consultation, as we need enough time to discuss your symptoms, assess and treat thoroughly, and go through exercises and a treatment plan to get the most out of your session.

We understand sometimes time is limited and this is the most cost-effective, so we advise you keep in mind how much can be done in 30 minutes.

5 minutes is ideal for follow ups after your first consultation and is enough time for most conditions.
This session and longer duration is preferred if you would like dry needling and other techniques such as massage together.
45 minutes is also ideal if you have a condition that is mainly focused on one side or a condition that requires minimal treatment.

60 minutes is recommended for your first consultation to allow enough time to discuss symptoms, assess and treat specifically, give corrective exercises and work out a treatment plan catered to you.
This session is the most common time for most treatments including follow ups after your initial consultation.
This duration is also recommended if you’d like to incorporate dry needling along with other techniques such as massage.

90 minute treatments are ideal for those who do not get treatments very often, or have a lot of areas to treat and needs this amount of time.
Treatments that need upper body and lower body involved will work best for 90 minutes.
This duration is also recommended if you have multiple areas that will be dry needled, but can’t occur at the same time because of positioning.

90 minutes is also required for the first C-Section & Abdominal Scar release appointment.
