Dots - Hand Mittens Heat Pack
I’ve designed and made these specifically for the hands so you don’t need to hold a heat pack
They fit snug on your hands to heat effectively so you can just sit back and relax
These are perfect for:
•Warming hands up on cold days (especially all my practitioners out there with cold hands before a treatment!)
•Reduces aches in those of you who have arthritis in the hands
•Improve blood circulation if you find your hands get numb and cold or you have a diagnosed circulation problem

•Homemade in Australia by Restore Rhythm
•Made out of 100% cotton
•Filled with wheat (300 grams per mitten)
•Microwavable
•The heating and care instructions are ironed on to the inside of each mitten and come with a paper attached with this information (please read carefully before using)
•The left and right mittens are interchangeable depending on whether you’d like to focus the heat on the roof of the hand or the palm of the hand (just swap them over)
